I highly recommend trying the Japanese Chicken; it is absolutely fantastic!
Charlie is outstanding! They serve the best Japanese chicken that tastes like it was grilled outdoors; I initially thought it was steak. The only downside to their buffet is that I wish they would include Veggie Egg Foo Young as an option, but I would prefer them to be smaller, similar to what you find at Super Chinese Buffet in Barboursville.
