Bagel Plus - Scotch Plains

The bacon and cheese dish was simply delightful, with a perfectly cooked slice of bacon and a refreshing cold cheese accompaniment.

The matcha latte was good. The bagels were okay, but the spread and breakfast sandwich were average. The prices are a bit high for the quality of food.

I called ahead and was told it would be twenty minutes until my order of 6 bagel sandwiches was ready. However, it actually took 40 minutes and they had to chase after me with my forgot muffin. To make matters worse, the lights weren't even on when I walked in, nearly an hour after they opened. This lack of organization was evident throughout my experience. The service was terrible, as they even dropped my order on the floor. To top it off, when I went to pay, I was shocked to find out that my order, which I expected to be $30, was actually over $40. Needless to say, I was not impressed.

I come here every morning before work, which sometimes is a little earlier than the store opens. The owner is extremely attentive and friendly and always lets us in. Great bagels and omlettes. Everyone that works here cares about what they do and it shows in the food.

The food here is very good, bagels, platters or omelettes. Whatever you order you are going to like it. Verity of food and excellent service. The owner is very welcoming and can accommodate any specific requests that you might have. I come here every day and I get treated like family
