Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Ordered Hummus veggie wrap...there was no hummus, no avocado, no pepper jack cheese and very little rice and beans. Basically it was ranch dressing and romaine lettuce in a wrap. Will not return to this location, I love the one in Blue Ash.

The food and drinks are always delicious but it definitely takes them forever to even acknowledge you. They don't take your order or anything until they're ready to. And it's not just when they're busy, they will be chatting to the side while everyone is waiting and then once they're ready, then they do their jobs. It doesn't matter if you order ahead online either, its hard to get their attention to tell them you're there for pickup which is sitting there ready right behind them on the counter. Very horrible customer service and expect a long wait. I wish there was a different location closer to me.

I started to place an order for 10 people online at 10am for an 1130 pick up. At checkout I was told my item was out of stock. (Understandable I know this happens) I go to check out again and another item out of stock and then again a third time after switching it. I decided to call and check availability. The girl answered hello then dead silence. I asked is this tropical smoothie Cafe? I get yea , I ask are you totally out of salads I get yea then disconnected. Horrible customer service. When the food was picked up they were rude to him as well. We tried this place for a second time due to the rep saying it was a great place. It 's not, service is horrible and the food order was wrong for 4 out of ten orders and drinks a smoothie was missing. I advised the rep to never use this place again and all my local offices as well. For a new location you should get it together and replace a few employees.

So happy this location is here. I am an early bird so I usually get a smoothie early in the morning. Workers are very friendly. If you come at lunch times it tends to get pretty busy so there?s a bit of a wait but overall a great place.

The food quality is just gross. I have never been able to finish food from this chain even in other states! I will never go there again. And don?t see any tropical smoothie lasting more than 5 years without dramatic changes
