The worst tacos in Madera! Plain nasty and overpriced! Hard tortilla straight from the bag with over seasoned greasy meat. The salsa tasted canned ???? there?s so many great taco places in Madera avoid this truck!

Delicious food and the best Birria I have tasted. My favorite item right now is the Birria Pizza and Asada salad oh the the Queso taco. Definitely worth trying if you?ve never had Taco man you must try .

Finally got to try this food. There are some good things and some not so good things. I wanted to try their fish tacos and ceviche special that was on the menu but when I tried to order it they didnt have either so I was stuck ordering their shrimp tacos instead. It's a known fast day so I have no idea why they didn't more seafood items available. Anyway, the shrimp had a really good adobo seasoning so I was happy about that. They were pretty tasty and I wouldn't mind eating them again. So the part I'm not happy about is that I also ordered a side of beans and rice. The rice was ok, but the beans were not good. It seems that they might have had the heat on too high when cooking because they didn't quite cook all the way through and it had a slight burnt flavor to it. My friend that went to pick up our food also let me know that they didn't begin cooking our order until she got there, which makes pre-ordering a complete waste of time. Maybe they want to avoid having leftover food if people dont pick it up but those of us with 30 minute lunch breaks dont have time to wait around. It also doesn't help when your employee is arguing this fact with the customers. Just saying. I'll give them the benefit of the doubt, maybe they were just having a bad day. I'll give them another shot when I get a chance, maybe the next experience will change my mind.

Very accommodating to making veggie options. Rice beans are actually vegan friendly. Delicious food and the salsa was amazing!!

Love this place! Best taco truck in town! Every time I go I never have a complaint. The menu is vast and there?s plenty to choose from. Also the staff is nice and courteous. The brownies and lemonade are the bomb if you need something sweet at the end of your meal. The fries are some of my favorite to get from Taco Man. No one does it better in town tbh.
