I ordered a sandwich online had someone from my office pick it up. I opened my sandwich and no mayo was on it. No big deal. Then I saw a piece of hair in my food. I called up there and they tried to act like they didn't have any online orders that picked up. Then acted confused as to what I was talking about. I have to now take my lunch to go back up there to get my money back.
