Tried the pulled pork, wings and baked beans....it was all delicious!

We randomly found this place on yelp tonight and decided to stop in. Its in the middle of nowhere but such a hidden gem! Great food, and great spirits! I loved the bourbon mule! We will definitely be back soon!

This place is seriously tucked away. It feels a little like you're in the wrong place until you're actually inside. Maybe I was here on an off night, but I wasn't as impressed by this place as everyone else seems to be. I had a blackberry sour which tasted like a Life Saver to me but some other folks claimed sorbet. It was pretty good but the space felt a bit... Empty to me, I guess. Like a show room in a barn. I was also surprised that they close at ten on a Friday.

I visited this restaurant with a few friends and had a fantastic experience. The staff was incredibly attentive, treating us like royalty, and the owner even recognized a member of our group as a regular customer. The wings were exceptional, and I loved that I could order them individually instead of being limited to a set quantity. It was my first time there, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone. The location is great, the interior is stylish with exposed barrels on display, and everything was very clean. There are also plenty of TVs in the bar area. Our group is already planning to return soon!

I've been meaning to write this review for a while. A friend and I visited Robert James while on our way to the bourbon trail from Columbus, Ohio, and we were pleasantly surprised by the amazing tater tots, wings (absolutely delicious), and the relaxed atmosphere. The bourbon was pretty good too. It's a small micro distillery where you can witness the entire distillation and bottling process, which adds to the experience. This place is a hidden gem, and I hope it stays around for a long time!
