Cafe Americana

I always want to call this place the 80’s cafe. They have some nice pictures on the wall of 80’s stars and typical 80’s music. I have heard some songs in here that I hadn’t heard in 30 years. Food is good, people are friendly.

Bang for the buck.Food is decent for the prices breakfast or lunch specials $6.75 bacon cheese burger and fries pretty good seasoned fries. Old school cafeteria for federal employees, but the general public is welcome (you will have to go through security). Great food, friendly service, classic lunch room ambiance. Unbeatable prices. If you know, you know. Try the fried fish sandwich!

Had couple good meals The chef Salad was Very Good ... the Patty melt was good.... prices OK considering the recent inflationary issues... the basic tables chairs aged facility and flatware utensils position the cafe as a lower level family restaurant but it's OK. Our particular orders took a really long time to be served....

Neighborhood treasure with great food and service! A Cheers atmosphere with fabulous food! Chile, burgers and a traditional pub atmosphere.
