The staff was fantastic, and the outdoor seating with a view of the lake and sunset was stunning. However, the meals were just average.

My wife and I visited this restaurant yesterday, and I was truly impressed by how beautiful it is. We brought our two granddaughters along, but unfortunately, it took over an hour for our food to arrive after we placed our order. I noticed that other guests who were seated after us, including some getting off boats, received their meals much more quickly. Given our experience, we won't be returning. It was quite disappointing to see a large party seated on the deck about 15 minutes after we arrived getting their food so fast! I really should have left at that point.

If you're visiting the restaurant for a few drinks and to enjoy the nice view, it's a pleasant experience. However, if you're going there hungry, you might be disappointed with the food portions, which are more suitable for children. I had the baked cod, and the piece of fish they served was only about 4 ounces for $17, which feels like a big rip-off. I noticed the table next to me ordered steaks, and they appeared quite small for their price as well.

Food hasn't disappointed me(3x).I needed a copy of my current kayak registration due to losing it amongst boxes.The employees said I'd have to purchase a whole new registration.I brought my identification# to Leesville Marina with no charge she printed my kayak registration
