Contribuiți la feedbackFor years we frequent this lido not only for the lovely location and kindness of the staff, but also for the delicacy of fresh fish dishes prepared with care. But this year a real DELUSION, bad service, embarrassing fish dishes, high prices and not in line with the offer. The fish appetizer was a real Cinesata, composed of small pieces of fish or only fried vegetables accompanied by Chinese sauces, very heavy and indigestible (I was badly all day). BIBLICA service times! Too bad. We trust in a future ransom.
Great location, I invited friends (4 adults) to the restaurant all good except the first, raw and salty spaghetti.... . That can happen... we left him 170 euros of lunch and 60 euros of umbrellas... no excuses... no amari offered... nothing. They should have apologized. instead of “tranquilli” ... I wanted to say that we are quiet enough but when a customer complains about raw pasta, we expect someone to say we turn the dish....everything nn happened.... The key to succeeding in this type of activity is: “treat the customer well”.
We assiduously attended the lido in July and August, and each time all our expectations were met, even in the warmest periods (weekend and weeks riding the Ferragosto . Friendly and attentive staff, always ready to intervene for any need in order to make practically perfect the day spent at this facility maybe a little demodé, and for this even more pleasant. Clean beach, breathtaking views, baths always present and watchful, comfortable beds. Restaurant always high, excellent dishes that cost the right (the price may seem a little high, but perfectly balanced for the proposal offered in terms of quality and quantity. Bar well supplied for snacks, coffee, ice creams or sandwiches. Not least, parking, a great added value. If possible, it is worth waiting for the sunset: a spectacle of nature. Ultimately, it is recommended to spend a nice day on a beautiful beach with a crystal clear sea with a wonderful view on the narrow and the pylon of Messina, pampered by the excellent restaurant/bar without the patema of parking. I'm here at the exact moment I'm writing the review. Lovely Caletta, obligatory stop on my numerous trips to Calabria, less enchanting instead the service offered. An umbrella and two sunbeds 25€ (and there is) included parking in the property. We book for lunch at 13.00 (two rounds), very poor menu and star prices that not even in the best restaurants in Milan. You pay the beautiful view, and I accept it. Here comes the dish, portion to say little ridiculous, 4 forks and all finished. Paper tablecloth and tablecloths, for 3€/CAD covered. Dulcis in fundo (and it makes me very angry) at 14.00 the waiter begins to tell us that he needs the table, we ask the coffee on the fly, he does not take it and urges us to take it to the counter if we just want. Bad service. They don't deserve anything. They should all (from the garzoni to the owners) first take a 1 year course in Riccione, learn how they treat customers and what services they expect, and then come back to really develop tourism. improvised people who find a Ferrari under the butt without knowing how to change the marches
The site, naturalistically speaking, is lovely. The property offers the advantage of parking (if you arrive at reasonable time) and a veranda to repair yourself from the heat. For the rest it is maintained badly and the service is extremely approximate, without any professionalism, despite the food is not to throw away. With a little sacrifice better the adjacent free beach.
