Parson's Barbecue - SCHWENKSVILLE

My first time at Parson?s and it was the best i?ve ever eaten! Brisket was legendary. Pulled chicken was so delicious. Mac and cheese so creamy and flavorful! Green beans were perfectly crisp and great flavors Try the jalapeño pickles. And the slaw!! Employees nicest people and pitmaster taught me how to do some things.

I had the pulled pork sandwich and although it was tasty. It just seemed like a giant mush sandwich that fellapart and I was scooping up mush meat with my finger. . I'm not done with the place yet. There are way to many other things that look great.

Got the bbq chicken which was cooked perfectly lots of flavor, the candied bacon cubes were moist sweet and savory! Had me licking my fingers mmm!! ???? I highly recommend getting the candied bacon cubes worth every penny. Yall really do have the best bbq in the area. Will be coming back again in the near future.

Awesome bbq. Actually it's the best I've had in the in a long time. Make sure you get there early though. They sell out often because how good they are.

Finally managed to get here while they're still open for Phillies opening day. best spare ribs I've ever tasted. perfectly cooked with no pre applied bbq sauce. can't wait to try their brisket and spicy sausage. grab a chunk of meat and walk across the street to accompany it with a pint of brew
