Grefen Hotel Inh. Reiner Fuchs

Both food and drink I can only recommend here, operation very nice, prices are ok. If you are looking for an alternative to the normal good-bourgeois cuisine, it is safe to get rid of it. Right in the centre with many parking spaces and a disabled entrance.

The interior looks somewhat outdated, but the quality of food and service are excellent. The cook hunts itself, so I can recommend the wild game meat dishes. I had a stunning deer carving in an almond coat that was just delicious. The quality of the products is very high and prices are still in an acceptable range. The steak was also very delicate and cooked for perfection. We also have a free snack in front of our main cook. Pancake with smoked ham and cheese, which was also delicious.

This restaurant is all the other critics have said and more. The setting is cheerful, the service is fast and courteous, the food is excellent. There were three of us. Everyone had a different choice and each one of us had swept over the quality and taste. The portions were so generous that none of us had room for a dessert. I'd go back to Schsoft any time, but I had to catch a plane the next day. I know my family wants to come back when they double on their way back to the Moselle. I think this restaurant is a real value.

This is a wonderful, family-run hotel, with cozy rooms, very clean. It is located on the main road, close to many local restaurants, but fortunately, in has also its own restaurant, perhaps not enough advertised for. If you stay here, it's not worth eating it somewhere else. The kitchen, a fusion of German-French flavors, is superlative. There are many good restaurants in Schsoft, but nothing beats this. Flawless execution, charm, attention to detail, friendliness... The owners seem to remember every guest and everyone is greeted with a smile. Since we live in Schsoft, we do not stay at the hotel, but we have recommended relatives who came to visit and they only had superlative terms to describe it.

Wir waren im Rahmen des Moselsteigs vier Mal im Hotel Grefen zum Abendessen. Super Speisen, super Wein. Der Service von der Bedienung und der Chefin sind klasse. Dieses Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen.
