We were on a Sunday in the restaurant. Shortly after 14.00 clock there were still all eating and we also got a table assigned. the location of the restaurant is quite funny, because it lies on a very small road directly at the green border to Germany (2m away). The facility is very retro and sprays the charm of the 70s years, with the wc quite modern. now, our tablecloth was still contaminated by previous guests, the service was unfriendly or rather completely indifferent. a match with the second service power did not take place (always both have come separate from each other and have wanted the same, e.g. the order record). where the food was rather medium-precious; the fries tasted like old fat. I myself had wild with kartoffel puree and that went like that. everywhere the chef scatters flowers into eating. once I have confused a blossom with a little spine and really scared me.
A cycling through the hilly mill district brought us to the gasthof greiner in the kohlstatt. from the outside, you do not notice the hospitable, what lukullisch Kleinod hides here. at the latest when reading the menu you will be aware that this is not an everyday house. beside all hand wild dishes there were also the ravioli of martina, who convinced me with the underlying pumpkin herb. very good was also the homemade ice cream as a dessert. that is so local in the one-layer, I hope only I find it back.
