The cozy inn from 15./16. Century has been in family hands for generations and offers typical Swabian cuisine. It impresses with its kindness and cordiality with which the guests are welcomed. Especially recommended is the swan`s cream sour roast with late zle or yeast and fresh colourful salad plate. The meat is particularly delicate and tastes fantastic together with the cream sauce. In addition to sour roasts by type of house, the inn offers even more Swabian specialties such as sour cuddles in Trollinger, homemade mules with butter onions and an additionally changing weekly card (steaks, lamb, fish, roar and fresh pasta). Particularly popular are the swan foams, which are presented as dessert for free. Unfortunately, in recent years the prices have attracted a lot, so the dishes are not for people with small wallets.

In well-kept athmosphere we celebrated, with excellent eating, that I would not have expected to be in the swan. a super buffet with many variations and special eating. it has super tasted. great service powers that could you read the wish of the eyes :)
