Since we have always enjoyed being at Uwe 's and have already celebrated a few family celebrations in Schaftnach, we had the goose to go yesterday on Christmas Day. Went for shish kebab. Luckily in the restaurant. It was very cozy and warm. Food and service were perfect. You never have to wait long because the waitress always came back and asked for your rights.
