Paid for my meal . Got it wrong and paid way TOO much. Employee started yelling at everyone.

Extremely slow and orders that arrived after I did got their food first. This is the norm for them though.

The workers here are incompetent and the cleanliness is inexcusable. I was waiting for my food longer than necessary for the minimal amount of customers, they dropped the tongs on the floor, picked them up and continued using them. I will never return.

Menu board broken and could hardly read it. Absolutely horrible service. Been waiting for food for over 10 minutes. Lady working the window was dressed unprofessionally. Food is hardly warm. Soggy fries. Not worth your time or money.

The baconator is a joke 1 1/2 small pieces of bacon....so much for the guaranteed hot fries they were so cold the grease was coagulated. Three employees inside were worthless none wanted to work on the order. Took 18 minutes for 2 baconators and a fry. Management should be so proud of the way this franchise is run. If I could have given it negative stars I would. Not going back any time soon.
