The note was missing a small corner (picture is attached). The woman at the checkout treated my sister as if she were a fraud and immediately asked for another €10 note. Luckily my sister had another note with her. When she gave the new €10, the woman looked at it closely and treated my sister badly. I've never had any problems in this business before.
