Contribuiți la feedbackWe went to 22 hours. "you have to pay 9€ more, that's on our condition otherwise I'll call the police." the breakfast was also cruel. you have to prepare the breakfast yourself, cook coffee, cook eggs. a nightmare in the black forest.
Some rooms slightly renovated, but room 16 does not correspond to the given description and the price: old and dirty carpet, bathroom with old flowing, shower tub with moldy fugen with moldy bottom of the shower curtain, calcified shower head, leaky hose, rusty shower column. old carpet in the fluren. very noisy: several rooms inhabited by owners of 2 or 3 dogs per room, bark or knock from 6:30 o'clock. balkongenuss not possible (beautiful from view) da hundegebell on the afterbarbalcony of the stained head cushion cover was changed as well as the annealing bulb of a lamp which did not work breakfast room: good. neat breakfast on early arrival Vietnamese cuisine: this is not expected in Bavarians.
We have been in the red for several years with our dog group. the hosting or hospitality by the former wetin and her team were always excellent and we were allowed to spend great days in lazy princess. Unfortunately, the rössle now went to a new weten pair. we were there two more times - at the first time it had at least the good soul in the service as well as a cook, at the second time this was no longer the case. that was unfortunately more than bad and we had to look for alternatives in the short term. the complaint has accepted the host couple with absolute interest. from 2000 clock in the evening, as a hotel guest, you could not even have a drink. nothing else was wrong! we have canceled all already reserved dates for 2017 and can no longer recommend the rössle! Too bad that you can manage such a cozy, very popular house- so fast at hurdles.
If minus points were possible, I would give them.After 1.5 hours. wait for lunch with small child and no questioning to drink from the service we decided to go without eating. on the billing of the scattered owner were only drinks. Maybe we just waited because the service did not give our order any more. the waiting period was for the other guests the same length, but left other guests with eating on the table the restaurant without eating. please make a wide arc around the current concept and owner.
With my group I have experienced five wonderful days in the rössle. we were cared for all around, the whole hotel team had always had a laugh in the face and tried to fulfill our desires. We'll be back next year, already booked!
