Contribuiți la feedbackOn 10.02.2020, for me and my girlfriend, I wanted to order the Valentine's Day menu on 14.02.2020. On the phone I asked if there was another table free. The answer is definitely a pretty bad answer. By asking again, I got a table for two for the Valentine's Day menu. We arrived at the Taj Mahal on 14.02.2020. What seemed to us first was that the tables were very tight, which later turned out to be very unpleasant. I told the waiter my name on which I had ordered the table and we were taken to our table. We got the menu and chose our main dishes as well as our drinks. For the Valentine's Day menu for €32.50, a welcome champagne, a snack, a main bite, a snack and a coffee drink of choice were a very good price/performance ratio for an Indian Restauraunt. After over 40 minutes we got our drinks. The other guests also had to wait so long for orders. A neighboring table called a waiter by phone, as they were apparently not served! After we had our drinks, the main course was very timely. Where is the champagne reception and the forehead?? Then I spoke to the waiter who then told me very amazed that no Valtins menu had been ordered on my table... he then took the main course back to the kitchen and put it warm. After a further 30 minutes we finally got our preliminary picks in the form of a very delicious soup. Sekt still stayed out until then. After the soup has been consumed, we wait very briefly, which is also fine for our main course, which had already been made a good three-quarter hour ago. We waited for our dessert and waited... and waited... the other guests, whom one sat very close, were able to follow very clearly in their conversations and there was much to wait for them too. The table next to us waited 1 hour for the drinks that had to be taken twice by a young lady. I think it's nice that a restaurant employs young people, but the young woman has drawn a face that everyone could feel that she doesn't like the job. Meanwhile, they were able to get friends with the other guests and came to talk. Another table was waiting for the bill for 45 minutes. But before the bill came, it was asked again at the table whether they want to drink until the bill comes. WAS? Now we finally came to our dessert and our coffee drink.. The dessert and the coffee were very delicious. We waited for the bill again very long. Overall we had a stay of approx. 3 hours which would have been very nice under other circumstances, but not under these. Conclusion: A lob to the cook of the furnishings. The food was very tasty, but the service staff and the organization of the evening left much to be desired. Very bad. There will be no further visit here.
Authentic, very tasty Indian food! Very friendly owners and employees. The pick-up of food also works smoothly.
Super good food and nice service. The ambience also convinces. You're welcome.
Can't understand the positive recessions. Authentic food, Hahaha, you can only laugh. Working for years with Indians in UK and D and eating very often Indian. There are genuine Indian food in the Rhine-Main area. Anyone who wants to taste this should go to a Pearl of India once. Become up here with my Indian friends on next occasion, see... To eat yourself: boil without sauces. On demand there was the Asian sauce from the Chinese out of the bottle, not getting Dall, Naan was probably Dönerbrot. Absolutely not recommended.
We were here today eating was good and the service was very friendly the only it took some time until we had eaten.
