Fasanerie - Hotel Waldschlosschen

We chose the place on the occasion of a birthday dinner. after the table reservation, the caller was asked whether this was a special event, as well as what kind. the answer was, yes, it is a special birthday. that was a big beginning with expectations. the meal was tasty and well proportioned, I enjoyed the amazing sleswig fishplatter with a selection of fish from the region. service was fast and professional, but stable. the birthday that surprised us was not taken into account as the expectations were not fulfilled. the restaurant has some historical pieces that show the connection to olearus. Service employees are not aware of the history of olearus. restaurant management would benefit from such small details that it would make a difference.

The breakfast usda buffet and they try to keep up wight he crowd, but it tends to overwhelm the staff. The assortment of fish is quite good.

Very good place to visit. we stayed for 2 nights in the hotel and had dinner in this restaurant in the first night. the food was good, but the service was even better. especially one of the waiters made a super impression (small guy)
