Last Wednesday, May 1, I ordered an iced matcha at 12:47. During my interaction with one of the employees, a lady behind the counter, I complimented her on her shirt. Unfortunately I was too shy to ask for her name and Instagram. I would like to know what her name and IG is. Service: 5

Very slow. We waited about 15 min for a cup of coffee Food: 3 Service: 1

This complaint is specifically for the cleaning staff and NOT the service staff. Service staff were very kind and quick. The cleaner and his apparent “boss”, were incredibly disrespectful! If I could please be given the email to raise a formal complaint. Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 5

Giving 5 because I believe this is your best choice for a healthy snack and a variety of drinks during a transfer layover. The line starts on the right side (a joke they can 't put up a sign). Probably better to order via their app... Had a latte and sandwich and I 'm more satisfied than my previous 'top ' choice inside this airport. The restaurant is crowded and has limited seating, but the food tastes delicious. Therefore, it is better to eat outside the establishment. Food: 5 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 2
