I don 't understand how every single time this location is visited, there is a problem. Either there 's super long wait, order is wrong or nasty or they mess up on the change. Why is it no carhop changes any denomination of money outside? They always say, I have to go inside to get your change That ultimately just slows down service even more! Not to mention when cash is given to them, they ask you, Do you want your change? Of course I want my change, do you want a paycheck, or do you want Sonic to keep it? Do you see how that sounds?I just think it is extremely rude to ask a customer if they want their change back. It should be a no brainer. The change belongs to the customer, not the carhop. The customer is in no obligation to give you anything.Instead of carhops asking the customer, do you want your change? They should be TELLING the customer, let me get your change that will then leave the door open for the customer to say, ok or for the customer to say, no, you can keep it I was told today, do you want your change? I said yes I do. The carhop of course had to go inside to get it. I gave her $30 my total was $24.38. Tell me why even after going INSIDE to get the change, the carhop hands me back $3.62??? I then had to push the button again and wait for the carhop to come back and give me the remaining $2. I would have given her a tip but after that, she didn 't get anything. I even called ahead because I know they take so long. I was there exactly 10mins after calling. I then had to wait another 8mins for the food and change. Almost 20 mins for my order to be completed is pretty ridiculous. Something seriously needs to be done because it 's not just this Sonic, it 's multiple ones and with service like this, it 's the reason I barely even visit to begin with and I know I 'm not the only one who feels this way.
The manager is a big jerk she thinks she can talk to people crazy, we called toclet them know we had a nail in our tire and we had to go she told me I should of waited for me to buzz them and take another 30 minutes like we waited before when we placed an order. When I called to tell her and be courteous she said she was frustrated cause everyone called in like it’s my fault and she said her rating of employment says it all well I can’t tell if u had no one to help u tonight. But talking to my daughter when she went back to make it right she told her her order needs to be prepaid cause we left and didn’t say nothing. Well if u answer you would have got the call we left. This woman don’t deserve to be a district manager she claims she is. I recorder her conversation how she was taking to me after she hung up on me 2 times. Horrible customer service and horrible Managment.
