Pizza Hut - Schertz

We ordered 2 large pizzas which are the size that used to be called a medium. Website said it would be ready in 15 mins. Got there right on time but pizza was cold. Almost no sauce or cheese… totally flavorless, cold and dried up. Worst experience at a Pizza Hut

Ordered 3 pizzas last night, two veggie and one cheese . The sauce was pretty much nonexistent, the dough tasted chewy and had lots of air bubbles all over the pizzas. It seemed as if it was a chore for them to add an adequate amount of cheese (especially on a cheese pizza.. just cheese and bbq sauce, seems pretty simple). I will never return to this location.. paid $60 for trash pretty much. Never again

1 star is 1 too many. While the speed was accommodating the service is grotesque here. Decided to save a few dollars and pick up myself. Upon arriving I overheard screaming about a driver being lost and he better get his a back. Then cashier came to the front (same one yelling in the back) and just stared at me and my wife. Wouldn't say a word. I stated I had an online order to pick up. He grab a receipt for me to sign and watch as I left no tip, huffed at me, then grabbed the food and slid it over the counter to me. Still said nothing and we left. Horrible face to face interaction. And knowing the level of care here won't be ordering again. Ambiance is low on the friendliness.

I haven't been in ages till today, pizzas were just ok not too exciting. Overall, meh ?
