Quite a bit of flavors and extra toppings to put on your frozen yogurt

Kid-friendliness: This place allows the kids to get their own toppings and ice cream. Is kid friendly table and chairs and wall art. They also have a TV there. It's about the only nice thing they have in here. The people are nice. The customers are awful and rude. Overall I give this place. Maybe a two-star.

1st complaint is that they do not make the parent aware of the craft station being outrageously expensive for a piece of wood the owner probably got out of her back yard, and for some rock your can get out of your yard to decorate, secondly I was in there with my child and she was filling up her cup and the yogurt got on the outside of her cup she. Licked it off, the employee jumped on my 7 year old and said you can’t eat that until you pay for it. Mind you she had no spoon. We continue and then i paid.. I was discussing the situation with another customer and the OWNER HERSELF, came to our table and asked us if there was an issue mind you she backed up and stated she was sick( without a mask) talking about cross contamination with my daughters cup that she didn’t even sit on the counter, the spoons she did not touch, I did it all. While she held her ice cream cup. But this lady can walk to the back and start coughing outrageously for all the customers to hear, she should have had a mask on before approaching our table! You shouldn’t have had a mask in walking into a facility that serves food! terrible customer service for the owner herself. Not even apologizing and even offering anythign for her employees Terrible tone with my 7 year old daughter. The guy looked creepy to work in a childrens setting anyway!

I take everyone I know here. Always clean fresh and worth it. A forever customer.

I visited both SweetFrog and Red Mango. Both locations had limited options, but at least Red Mango allowed customers to try out flavors and the customer service is stellar. When I visited SweetFrog today, the manager was complaining about the condition of the counter. When I went to the counter to ask for a tasting cup, the manager was ignoring me until I asked if there were tasting cups. Let's do better people.
