Red Robin - Schererville

Amazing food and service. Mina is the best! So full of energy and joy. 10/10! Will be coming back!

I have to eat gluten-free, and I can always trust that's what they serve me when I order.

First, let me say when we walked back to our table. We were told our server would be a girl named Abby. After 15 minutes or so no one came to our table. We asked a girl who was training a young man. If she could find out who our server was. There was some sort of mix-up. I guess the girl that was supposed to take care of us wasn't even punched in yet. Let me tell you this girl. Samantha, we kept calling her. Sam, she was working in the front of the restaurant and continuously came to the back to make sure that we were properly taken care of. What an awesome job and what a great waitress!. I truly realize what an inconvenience. It was for her to keep running back and forth but let me tell you her service, her attitude and her smile More than made up for it. Thank you Sam for going above and beyond.

We visit here at least once a week. Good food and good service!!

I have been in many Red Robin's but this has to be the worst! When we arrived it took the hostess 5 minutes before she stopped talking to another employee and greet us. She finally seated us in a booth that must have been set up for kids as it was extremely tight (I am a big guy) we.moved to a more comfortable one right next to it. The witness was nice but when she took our order she didn't ask how we wanted our burgers cooked. It took forever to get our drinks and the appetizer came out just moments before the burgers and the fries were extremely salty and cold. We asked for ranch dressing on the side and it didn't come till we had half eaten the appetizer (fried pickles) we eat at Red Robin at least 2 times a month and we won't stray from our usual one in Merriville any more!
