Buffalo Wild Wings - Schererville

Waited over 15 minutes to finally get asked for my drinks, had to call to put an order in over the phone to get my food..... bad service

We had great service and the wings were as good as always by far this is my favorite BWWs.

Being a vegetarian, I was excited to try the cauliflower wings. I chose the teriyaki sauce. Basically, all you could taste was the sauce and the breading. The cauliflower was in very small pieces, which basically meant I was eating breading with sauce. I ate maybe 5 of them i regret getting the large size as it was expensive and i couldn't eat them. The fries, wedges and mozzarella cheese sticks were very oily. Had to ask 2x for blue cheese dipping sauce bc the server forgot. Ice tea came in warm plastic cups the ice melted immediately. I was told by my dining partners that they enjoyed their boneless wings, but they agreed that there was too much oil on everything. Obviously, this is a sports bar, so hopefully the alcoholic drinks make up for the food.

Tell your moronic employees not to stand in front of and crowd over people trying to grab carry out orders from the rack. This location has really gone downhill in employee quality in the last few years. None of them are courteous, engaging, or pleasant to deal with at all.

The place was out of ketchup. How does that happen in a restaurant that serves French fries? The server said that they also weren't allowed to go across the parking lot to Aldi's to purchase some because of franchise restrictions. Sad.
