I came in around 10am and ordered a drink and food. I have a disability and walked out without my food only to realize like 2 hours later. I went back in and explained the situation, they were super busy but still gave me the food without questions. That really meant the world to me. They’re always super friendly. Thank you Andrew for accommodating!!!!

Overpriced but reliable like any fast food. Better breakfast food than a McDonald's. I kill the mocha Frappuccinos but they are so sugary and pricey.

You definitely have a fondness for Starbucks, but I can't say the same—I really dislike coffee. I only go for my family. Unfortunately, the parking situation at this location is terrible. When I tried to leave from the front parking spaces, I got blocked by the drive-thru line and had to back all the way out!

I placed a mobile order for a shaken espresso without ice yesterday afternoon on my way home. I recently had a root canal on two teeth, so my gums are still very sensitive and I can't have ice. When I went to pick up my drink, I noticed it was only filled about a third of the way. I wasn't pleased, so I approached the counter and explained to one of the staff members, “Excuse me, could I get ice in this if it means the drink will be full? I asked for no ice because of my sensitive teeth, but I didn't realize it would be mostly empty.” She apologized and mentioned that it shouldn't have been that low and that she didn’t know who had made the drink. Regardless, she quickly remade it for me. I told her it was no problem, thanked her, and I really appreciated the level of customer service! I frequently place mobile orders at this location, and I've always been satisfied with how the drinks turn out. On this particular day, which happened to be my birthday, I was especially happy with how she handled the situation—she was incredibly professional and provided excellent service. Definitely worth the wait, especially because of their kindness. (I can't recall her name, but she had blonde hair and was incredibly sweet.) 5 stars!
