Empire Pizza - Schenectady

Order shown on time and hot, delivery driver was polite and eating was good

Usually enjoy food from this establishment and the experience. The girl at the counter has always been very respectful and kind. However today 30 wings and 12 cut pizza. BAD DECISION decent but not as good as it’s been (normal, happens) thats fine, But we start eating the wings and jaws start hurting, i looked down to discover day old, discolored,dry wings, mind you its 2 in the afternoon. My wife calls, the man is rude and yelling, telling her bring the remaining wings back (mind you it’s Covid restrictions on that snowing outside). this point he tells her, he “doesn’t trust her”, i was disgusted after eating their bad food and being asked to TRUST THEM after him being violent with my wife. I take the phone and this guy started yelling me, telling me to stop talking to him like that right after he didn’t know i could hear him yelling my wife. Terrible. He’s a lucky man because I chose to pray write this review. MY SUGGESTION, CHOOSE A DIFFERENT PLACE TO EAT. THEY WILL NEVER SEE OUR MONEY AGAIN. Customer service is everything and old food is not acceptable period. To be fair, They young lady called back and offered to redo the wings and to my better judgment, we declined.

The food ordered took more than an hour and a half to arrive and the order was wrong when it finally showed up. They sent a 12 slice when we ordered a party pizza for a family gathering. When I called, they asked if we touched the 12 piece they erroneously gave us and told they wanted the the pizza back….Crazy! We are currently waiting for the party pizza to be delivered. The customer service when we called was poor and you could hear the man in charge in the back ground yelling. We will not be ordering from Empire again.

Had the wrong food delivered. Called them, and was immediately cursed out because apparently it isn’t their problem that they give the wrong food to their own delivery guy. Food sucked too

Amazing food, great customer service, the young lady said her name was mya she was so sweet! Was super respectful and made sure we were taken care would definitely come back with her amazing service
