Dunkin' - Schenectady

The staff here is always friendly, which makes this my favorite Dunkin' location, probably for good. Lately, however, my "light and sweet" coffee orders have been lighter than usual, and not quite as sweet. I've noticed some new team members, and it may take them a little while to get the orders just right. That said, they're doing a fantastic job. Thank you!

I had an average experience at this Dunkin' Donuts. The place has a nice, modern look and is conveniently located inside the Pilot Travel Center. However, they were running low on supplies, but I won't fault them for that since it’s out of their control. Unfortunately, the staff member I interacted with wasn't very friendly.

Dunkin' offers the best plain Americano coffee in its category, outshining even Starbucks. Everything met my expectations, except my avocado toast, which was advertised with baby tomatoes but arrived without them.
