Walker Bros. Original Pancake House

This is a fantastic breakfast spot—a true hidden gem, in my opinion. The general manager, Angel, was incredibly friendly and attentive, and his staff mirrored his enthusiasm, providing consistent service throughout our meal. The food was delicious; the habanero cheese in the omelet that Angel recommended was even better than he described, and the orange juice was outstanding. It's all-natural and freshly squeezed each morning before they open, and everything is made in-house, including the blueberry syrup. I found the apple pancake to be even better than the ones at Red Apple, and it was served much quicker. I will definitely be returning!

Ashley excels in her role—definitely ask for her! The staff is incredibly efficient, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. The to-go coffee is a fantastic touch for a parting gift. Overall, I rate the food a perfect 5 out of 5!

This was one of the best French toasts I've ever had. The eggs were delicious and paired perfectly with the fresh bread. We ended up going back twice in just three days! The prices are very reasonable, making it well worth it. Our server was excellent too. Food: 5/5.

First time eating breakfast here. Enjoyed a great breakfast with my friend. So happy to see my favorite item at this pancake house. I enjoyed the Dutch Baby. Perfectly cooked raised sides pancake served with whipped butter, lemon wedges and powered sugar. My friend had 2 eggs over easy with pancakes on then side and the largest order of hash brown potatoes. Thanks! Great breakfast place.

I ordered the Santa Fe omelette, which was delicious but the rest of my party (6 of us in total) were not too keen with their orders. Hash browns are a separate order and of course, a separate fee. I would expect that, if they are going to charge you extra for what most restaurants normally include in their omelette order, that they would be just as good as the omelette. Nope, tasteless and on the cold side. The coffee was delicious (a huge plus for me) but the server was not the friendliest yet not the worst. The chances of any of us returning here or recommending this place are low. You can definitely get tastier food, better service and better prices at a lot of other places nearby. I gave it three stars because overall it's not the worst place I have been but definitely not one of the best.
