Sizzling Wok - Schaumburg

Used to be my favorite Chinese restaurant till they changed owners, changed all the recipes, jacked up prices and give you less food. The Kung Pao was so watery and devoid of flavor last time I went I almost cried it was so bad, espically after being my favorite kung pao ever. No idea what happened I think the same family that owns it. I think the dad retired and kid wants to get rich or something.

The food is good but the noodle dishes have very little meat in it

I was not expecting the best Chinese food of my life! I’m usually too lazy for takeout rather than delivery (especially when it’s a 20-minute drive, but this did not disappoint. I see that others have come much, much further too. Sadly, I’m moving out-of-state in a few weeks and just tried Sizzling Wok for the first time today. I’m writing this in hopes that someone else will see it and take advantage of this amazing local joint enough for the both of us!

My husband and I ordered for the very first time today. It was delicious! So many years living a couple of miles away and it took us this long to try Sizzling Wok. We ordered pork fried rice, 2 egg rolls, and Happy Family as the main entree.....so good! Beef, chicken, shrimp, BBQ pork, yummy veggies in a delectable brown sauce. The owner is also so nice.....extremely friendly and very personable. We'll definitely return to try other things on their huge menu. We're very happy to have found … – show
