I loved this experience, never had before now I cant wait to come back

True buffet. People watching is on point. I didnt know I needed to wear my restaurant sweatpants. Our server was great at explaining Shabu Shabu and attentive. Could use some attention to the cleanliness of the bathroom and robots delivering food/trays/ipads. Would have been helpful to have some gluten free soy sauce, as well as making sure sauce ingredients are replenished, and marked as GF or not.

$21 tips add on ? For who the robot who brought my food? Or the waiter who didn’t explain anything, was never around and didn’t pick up any dishes? The food was ok not the best . I rather go to Iron Age in Glenview where there meat actually looks really, real fat , I could not tell the difference on the meat .

I love hot pot and most things about this location but you really can’t justify waiting 30 mins for a broth refill especially when you’re only allotted a certain amount of time to eat.

Amazing. Took us a second to get the hang of how everything went but after that, Smooth experience.
