They had a new cook that couldn't cook steak to save his life. In the service industry it is great to know how everyone works together. The server had no idea how to cook a steak with a little pink in the middle. We had to send 5 steaks back and the next batch that came out led to only 2 steaks close to what we ordered. A total when 6 steaks under boiled “blood” 1 over boiled ... Alex the man did what he could and tried to make it right. I told him I would try again for one more. Thank you. Alex for what you could. Good luck getting some good help. The empty picture was that I was waiting for my meal for 1 1/2 hours.
Mediocre experience. When they saw that I had 4 children, they all started to whisper and threw us on the back of the bar. The food was revolting. My Philly Cheesesteak bread was rock-hard and clear in the microwave. Children Mac was fir and dry from reheating. Server was not very happy to be there or to serve us. Just the reason I gave 2 stars was that the manager gave us the children's meals for free because of Halloween Eve. Will not even come after this experience for Happy Hour Specials.

Such a bummer to give this location one star especially because I 've been here before and had amazing service. Last night however.... NOT SO MUCH. One of my best friends and I stumbled across Miller 's in Florida a year ago. Unfortunately there are no Miller 's Ale House in Wisconsin but if/when I 'm in Illinois I make it a point to pop in. My friend and I were talking about Miller 's on her recent visit and travel plans were changed so that we could VERY SPECIFICALLY stop in for Captain Jack 's Buried Treasure. We didn 't want to overeat so we split an Entree. We told our server GG that we really only came in for dessert and would be splitting an Entree. While outwardly she smiled she gave off annoyed vibes at our eagerness. Our Entree arrived and as amazing as it was, looked more the size of an appetizer. No biggie we were there for a huge desert. We asked GG if she could bring out our dessert before we were done with the entree but realized there was no way she 'd know that so almost immediately after getting our food we asked for dessert. She said she 'd put it right in however we sat for quite a bit, after we were done eating and saw GG pass by our table several times, without checking on us. By the time we got our dessert you 'd think it 'd have been defrosted enough to still be frozen and delicious but it was an ice brick. Also, the garnish on the deserts were very uneven. My friend isn 't a fan of fudge yet it seemed like her plate was filled with it whereas mine had a light coating. Regardless the food was all delicious so that wasn 't the issue and this isn 't the reason for the one star review. These are just nit-picky things to notice after the fact because of GG 's HORRIBLE customer service. My friend is hypoglycemic and we were on our way to the airport. She needed to take something with her she could eat in a few hours and asked for soup to go. We get the to-go order and ask for a spoon since there were NO utensils in the bag. GG said there were no spoons that Miller 's only carried takeout forks so she could get us one of those if we liked. My friend got a little annoyed and asked how she was supposed to eat soup without a spoon? She even told GG she would 've never ordered the soup if she knew as much. At this point things were tense so GG suggested she 'd go see if she could steal a spoon from the kitchen , I had to use the restroom and was a little uncomfortable at what could 've potentially become a scene so I stepped away and heard my friend tell GG she was going to the airport and even though she had snacks she wanted something she could warm up (which she planned on doing since she works for the airlines so that 's why the spoon was needed. Halfway to the bathroom I wanted to apologize for my friend, but on the other hand when you have a medical condition and you 're ordering a food to go that requires a spoon, it 'd be logical to think that there should be take out spoons. (I also don 't think I 've ever heard of a restaurant that only has take out forks. Could be wrong. Regardless I walked to the bathroom slowly and was going to wait at the door flag down GG and explain why my friend was so upset. However before I got a chance I heard, ..... yeah, complaining because there wasn 't a take out spoon.... So I turned around and saw GG in the kitchen with her back to the bathroom gesturing. I 'm not sure how many other people in GG 's section had an issue about a take out spoon at the exact moment we did, however there was no reason to take the attitude she did over a logical request. When I came out of the bathroom my friend seemed happy, I asked if she got her spoon and we left. About an hour later while still driving back to Wisconsin my friend (who was still waiting at the airport calls to tell me that the spoon she got was cracked and she was having issues eating the soup. I was confused and asked how a metal spoon could be crac
