I recently visited for breakfast and placed a walk-in order, and my entire order was ready in just 2 minutes. While there was a great kid working there before, it seems like he is no longer there, which is unfortunate. However, Jessica always keeps everything running smoothly and efficiently!
Total was 2$ and some change. I gave her 5$ and the exact coin. She told me I didn 't need to give her coin since the 5$ would cover it. I told her I didn 't want coin back I wanted 3$ back. She looked at me like I was the incompetent one, took the5$ and gave me 2 singles and change. Then looking pleased with herself and said see the 5$ was enough I didn 't need thechange .
I am a loyal customer of Dunkin and recently visited this location for the first time. I ordered an iced latte and a donut, and attempted to use some free reward points, but the staff member was unable to process them. It seems she needs to familiarize herself with the new rewards program, as she did not accept my points and charged me the full amount. I was disappointed by this experience and believe that the employees should receive better training to avoid such unprofessional situations in the future.
The service at this restaurant was absolutely terrible. The employees should be more motivated or the restaurant should be closed down. I couldn't believe they wanted to charge me 50 cents for a cup of water. Shame on you, Dunkin', and shame on Dunkin' Donuts as a whole if this is their corporate policy.
DO NOT GO HERE. I did a mobile order and when I went to pick it up they didn't even get my ticket yet. There were people ordering at the counter and getting thier food before my simple dozen donut order.
