Dunkin' - Schaumburg

I went to this restaurant for the first time after being recommended by a friend. I was warmly greeted by the cashier and the environment was very pleasant. I received prompt service and everyone had smiles on their face. My coffee was prepared perfectly with no mistakes. The customer service provided by the girl from Wheeling was excellent.

This is my go-to DD. I met the owners back in high school and have always preferred their location because staff here know how to prepare my order (at least in my experience). Yes I have dealt with rude customer service before...just brought it tomanagement's attention or DD HQ's attention. Problems solved.

No matter what time of day you visit, they are incredibly quick. The customer service is excellent.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. I received two wake up wraps sloppily thrown into one bag. Although I did get a refund, there was no apology and I left feeling dissatisfied. I would suggest avoiding this place. The coffee was also not very good.

Where to start .. staff ignored guests, was there to pick up an order and after 5 minutes finally got their attention and was only a chocolate shake. I waited 12 more minutes and watched the workers take care of people in the drive-thru and take out thegarbage. Suggest drive-thru!!!!!
