Place was very clean, but the only thing my family had a problem with is racism! I will highly advise if you are black please don’t bother coming here. This hotel is not for color. First incident we obviously know how to read, but the lady approached my mother stating that did we light any candles in the room, due to seeing cake in the garbage can. Who questions that?!? We are allowed to eat cake in the room it’s food. Obviously we didn’t break any hotel policy, but she asked my mother three times and my mother stated no. Second incident we let the children play in the swimming pool and we were pretty much being watched for two days straight while our visit due to us being black. The hotel guy threw the towels that the children used in the garbage. By far that is beyond racist. Once we get off the swimming pool, the front, desk lady pretty much told off on her self that we were being watched. My mother was not happy with the service so my mother left her hotel early. So they have certain times for kids to stay in the pool and for adults to have fun. The kids could stay in the pool from 6 AM to 11 PM and adults could stay in the pool to 6 AM till 12Am. When I walked past the pool, I seen Caucasian children playing in the pool pass 11 PM and I was just beyond appalled. The rules apply to blacks, but it does not apply to Caucasians at the hotel. Yeah blacks aren’t allowed here even if they act all smiley in your face. Don’t go for it. Take your money elsewhere.Nearby activities: Top golf

Not kid friendly at all. There are barely any breakfast options and the ones that are available I do not recommend. The front desk people were not very patient and would disappear into the back rooms for long periods of times. Overall, I do not recommend this hotel.Nearby activities: There were a few nearby stores but all the good ones are about a 10 minute drive

Not what we expected. Booked a 1 bedroom suite. There is no separate door from the bedroom to the living room, just a hall and the bathroom between. It worked alright but at all other hotels we have booked 1 bedroom there was a door separate. We had an adult traveling with us and it’s nice to have a little privacy. Nothing fancy about this hotel. Somewhat aged but clean. Bed comfy, quiet at night. Breakfast the usual , nothing special. Won’t stay again. I think they might be converting to a choice, maybe they will make some changes. Also checkin very slow.

We like this place.We try to get here almost every year.The staff here is very patient and kind with us and treats us like highly-valued customers. They have a very clean indoor spa and swimming pool and offer a free top-notch hot breakfast every morning, and they never seem to run out of food. We highly recommend this place.Rooms: Clean comfortable rooms at a very reasonable price for all that you get.

Stayed for 3 nights. Breakfast was disappointing. Watery eggs, little variety. Was told when we checked in to make coffee in our room because the lobby coffee sits all day.Staff leaves a lot to be desired. Rude and not helpful. Always act like whatever you ask is a hassle for them. Asked for 2 garbage bags and some more shampoo/soap and was told to go find housekeeping. Wandered around looking for housekeeping and when they were found they would only give one bag.Had loud people above us 2 of the 3 nights. When I called the desk the first time they said the people were only there 1 night and they would go talk to them. Noise continued late into the night.2nd time was told by the front desk that it was a wedding party that just returned. Told me she would say something after she cleaned up the puke in the lobby. Nothing happened. Noise continued.Would not recommend this place.
