Chicago Prime Steakhouse - Schaumburg

The food at this restaurant was delicious and the service provided by Anthony was exceptional. However, I was surprised when I received my bill totaling nearly $300 and noticed additional charges for the premium martini that my wife had ordered. She had requested her dirty martini to be made extra dirty, resulting in a $0.25 upcharge, as well as a $0.50 upcharge for bleu cheese olives. While the prices for items on the menu were already high, I was taken aback that they would charge extra for ingredients that are typically included in the drink at other establishments, and then list them separately on the bill. It would have been more reasonable to simply list the martini as $19 rather than $18 and add the additional charges. Unfortunately, I do not plan on returning to this restaurant in the future.

We had a fantastic experience at Chicago Prime Steakhouse once again. George and his team were outstanding. We enjoyed our meal with a friend from Florida while being entertained by the music of Tony Ocean. The staff went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful evening. Thank you!

I had a fantastic experience dining at this restaurant for the first time! The filet, Chicken Marsala, and Lobster Mac were all delicious. The staff was very accommodating, and the manager even surprised us with a complimentary Cherries Jubilee to end our meal. We also enjoyed listening to Tony Ocean in the lounge as we were leaving. It was a great night overall!

Very nice place staff was very friendly. I might have chose the wrong piece of meat willing to try again.

They were able to make a special meal that my husband had a week ago so he was thrilled.
