Bibibop - Schaumburg

Been coming here for years and finally reviewing. Took my mom here since she likes the different flavors compared to other options in the area. We both got BYO vegan bowls. Their noodles and sauce specifically are super tasty and the employees are always generous with the veggie toppings. Their drinks are great too, and free refills are the way to my heart. A great spot for a quick lunch or casual dinner especially if eating with omnivores around the burbs. Updated from previous review on 2022-11-19

This is one of my favorites! They have a meatless Monday discount and everything is clearly labeled for vegans. I typically order the japchae with tofu and so many great toppings that my bowl is a rainbow of veggies. So good!

The restaurant offers a great variety of vegan dishes, mostly featuring vegetables and tofu. The food is delicious and the prices are unbeatable.

There are plenty of toppings to choose from and the portion sizes are generous.
