Starbucks - Scarsdale

I stopped going awhile ago because of the employees not being sanitary. My colleague was kind enough to purchase a venti Iced Coffee for me and it wasn't even full nor did it have some of what I asked for. I seriously don't know what's going on with that location in Vernon Hills Shopping Center, this is the worst Starbucks I've ever encountered.

Ahead of me on line was a blind woman and Marc waited on her, he was so kind and patient as he talked her through the food items. I also noticed he was out of his way nice to everyone else he dealt with and was doing the job with such a great attitude I’m writing this as I sit here and wait for my coffee. Give him a raise!

Great coffee and nice workers, however, extremely slow. It took over 20 minutes to receive and order of 2 drinks and there were other people way after us who received their order first.

Neutral score just a heads up this is NOT a drive thru location despite what Google maps says!!! Went out of my way for no reason.

A good Starbucks location. The worst good coffee option, is still a good coffee option.
