Red Lobster - Scarsdale

I stood at the bar for 10 minutes before anyone even greeted me. There were 2 managers, 2 bartenders, and an employee who seemed to be occupied with something before she eventually left. The service was disappointing and the atmosphere was not enjoyable. I would rate the service 1 out of 5 and the atmosphere 1 out of 5.

I recently dined at what may have been the worst Red Lobster I've ever been to. When we arrived, the restaurant was mostly empty, giving us hope for a great experience. However, we were informed by the understaffed host that there would be a delay in getting seated due to a focus on to-go orders. We decided to wait and were eventually seated, though our waitress was slow to take our orders and the biscuits served were cold. Our food arrived after a lengthy wait, with my dishes being unsatisfactory and my partner's order being incorrect. Despite requesting to speak with the waitress, we were met with delays and poor service. In the end, we left hungry and frustrated, feeling that our meal was a waste of time and money. The restaurant's overall service left much to be desired, with other guests also facing issues with their food.

Service at this restaurant was top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff that made dining a truly enjoyable experience. The atmosphere was also fantastic, with a cozy and inviting setting that added to the overall dining experience. Overall, I would highly recommend this restaurant for anyone looking for a great meal with wonderful service and ambiance.

We love coming here at Scarsdale. Our server Mariann is amazing. She is very friendly and her service is etiquette. She is a keeper. Highly recommend. We had the Ultimate Endless Shrimp. Perfect night after a long week of work. Parking: Plenty of space Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner
