Red Lobster - Scarsdale

Terrible experience! Although we usually enjoy our time here, today was an exception. The waitress made no effort to do her job. It took her at least 7-10 minutes to come over and greet us after we were seated. Once our meals were served, we never saw her again. I had to ask other staff members to find her just to get a simple glass of water. Eventually, I went to the bar to request one myself, but she was nowhere to be found. I even asked the hostess and two other servers to locate her so we could get the bill and some containers for leftovers. When she finally showed up, her attitude was awful. It's disappointing to see such a lack of effort, and I hope the management considers this in their hiring. Kindness and effort go a long way, and it costs nothing to be pleasant.

I had a wonderful time with my family! We enjoyed the crab meat appetizer, mashed potatoes with gravy, and the fried Brussels sprouts—everything was fantastic! Our server, Joe, was excellent as well. It was a truly enjoyable experience!

The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. However, one downside is that some Red Lobster locations, including this one, offer a more limited menu since the pandemic began. I'm not sure why this is the case, especially since indoor dining has returned to pre-pandemic norms—I would expect the full menu to be available again. Additionally, the restrooms could use a bit more attention; they weren't as clean as I would have hoped.

I stopped lunch with my family on Monday afternoon. There was only one waiter, but he was extremely attentive and patient with my party. The food was delicious, came hot fresh and didn't last long. If I'm in the area, I'd definitely come back. The bill for a party of 4 with 4 Entrees, 2 appetizers, 2 drinks and a desert was only 150, so the price was good and. Pop in if you? re in the area . The waitress was so friendly, the food tasted really good. I?ve been to the one in bay plaza and this one tops them. I had a Wednesday special steak and lobster with baked potato and a salad, I added the bacon wrapped scallops as a extra. I think the bacon over powers the scallops but other than that everything was made perfect. Hands down the best red lobster I?ve been to yet!
