Cold Stone Creamery - Scarsdale

My friends and I were next in line and the employee just skipped us and went ahead to help the next customer when we were standing there. He made eye contacts with us several time too but didn’t ask us anything. And I could say that eye contact was with attitude and for what reason? We were waiting for few minutes confused why we got skipped(? . I can say that my appetite was ruined after that because how could you skipped 3 woman standing in line just like that? I’d like to give this experience a zero.P.s I’ve seen several other reviews about bad customer service too. Please fix this Cold Stone.

There was a hair in the ice cream and the guy serving me had a bad attitude. Gross. Better go to the cold stone in down town White plains

Was there today with my family was next in line, the worker i believe named na eve, that’s the name they referred to him as, asked if i was being helped, i replied no, he then said ok that guy will help you, pointing at another worker who was cleaning, and just decided to help the next person after me, seemed he didn’t want to help families, but just women. as the worker that was cleaning came and asked if i was being helped i said no, he asked the person named na eve why he didn’t help me, which then he lied and said “oh i thought you were helping them”. a complete lie which i called him out on, the worker with the glasses that was cleaning was awsome, i would not have wanted help from na eve since for what ever reason he wanted to be discriminatory towards helping me and my family. i don’t think i will be returning there, i did go there a lot, but workers that are not trained properly on customer service is a reflection on the establishment and there training.

First time going to this location. I purchased an ice cream cake for my daughter's 11th birthday. Ebony was very kind, professional and attentive to what she was doing! Great young lady..... Keep up the outstanding work. ??
