Cowbell Burger - Scarborough

I would give this restaurant a negative 1 if I could. The manager was rude and refused to give me a refund for my chicken sandwich and lean cuisine chicken bowl, both of which were infested with hair. This type of experience would be acceptable at a fast food restaurant like Burger King, but for the prices I paid, it was completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I arrived at the restaurant just before noon and was able to choose a table as there were plenty available. A friendly young lady greeted me right away and was attentive without being intrusive. The burger options were extensive, and I chose the Ghost in cheese which had a perfect amount of spice. The burger was cooked as ordered (medium rare) and was juicy and thick. Within half an hour of my arrival, the restaurant was full. I definitely plan to return and have already recommended Cowbell to others.

I had heard great things about this restaurant and decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, the food was not as good as I had expected. My burger, which took an hour to arrive despite the restaurant not being busy, was dry. I requested a lettuce wrap due to my diet, but the lettuce provided was wilted and torn. The staff were unfriendly, inattentive, and seemed to have their preferred customers. I felt unwelcome and would have had a better experience at a fast food chain nearby. I would not recommend this restaurant, as the service was poor and the food was not worth the hype.

James is my favorite bartender. Always a good time here in this pub style restaurant. Must try!!

Hands down the most epic place! Staff is amazing and foods even better! One of my favorite places in Scarbrough and maine. I always recommend cowbell.
