Gino's Pizza - Scarborough

Ordered for delivery 6.50pm over the app....said 2 hours so waited as must be busy....phoned 2 hours later still not arrived then came with an order at 10pm not what we ordered and more money. My daughter just paid as didn't feel like she should question it and megga hungry by this stage..so ate the chips as all she liked as not what she ordered. I phoned to complain and was not even given a refund just blamed the system....not our fault always use geno not any more apporling and I never complain

I’ve been ordering the same pizza, chilli sauce and garlic sauce for years! I always get the Heatwave. I actually crave for this pizza and must have one at least once a week sometimes twice). I have dined out all over the world, had many different takeaways and I can honestly say Ginos is my favourite! Always a quick delivery and very friendly service! Ginos deserves five star recognition! Thank you for your delicious food and fantastic service!

What more could you ask for, genuine Italian people, cooking genuine Italian food at its best. The handmade food is exceptional. The staff are exceptionally friendly. How this place hasn't received 5 star review from every customer is shocking to me. Love this place.

We have been getting pizzas from Ginos for over 2 years now they are usually delicious cooked to perfection but tonight’s offering was terrible. The pizza was overdone not burnt but dried out the cheesy chips had that hardness round the edges funny taste chips have when they were yesterdays had been reheated in the microwave. Come on guys pull your socks up!

So I ordered a pizza i gave him over n was waiting for my change he just took it and walked off he was rude and was lying after when ui iordered saying I gave him right amount even though he counted in front of me . Scamming a regular customer pathetic
