Excelsior Fisheries - Scarborough

Popped in here for our lunch today, we were looking forward to Fish and Chips by the Sea after our walk in Staithes and Runswick Bay, we'd found this place on Google Maps as we were staying in the area. Our Meals were delicious, the Cod in lovely crispy batter, Chips and Mushy Peas were delicious, best we've had in a very long time, will definitely visit again when we're passing. 100% recommended, if you're nearby, go! You won't be disappointed

Popped in while passing and got 2 of the small fish and chips. Reasonably priced and good portion size. Crisp and tasty batter, lovely white fish accompanied with nice tasty chips. One of the best places I’ve had fish and chips for a long time, keep up the good work

Always call in here for fish n chips when in Staithes. Always tasty food and great prices, one of the best fish n chip shops I've been too. Scampi is delicious too. 10/10 shop.

Decided to get a chippy on our first night of our holiday as we CBA to cook Well pleased we went to Excelsior. The staff are friendly and efficient and the food is top notch, pro tip Try the black pudding fritters, absolute game changer. The chippy does get busy but in my view that's a good thing as you never go to a chippy without a queue Highly recomend it.
