Cats Whiskers - Scarborough

Called here for a latte yesterday with hubby to rest our legs what a lovely place. The staff are lovely and friendly the coffee spot on and the cakes looked amazing but I’m eating healthy so didn’t try any.

It was a busy morning and although the food was lovely and the serving staff were great it took us mins to get scrambled eggs on toast and a sausage and bacon sandwich. A lovely location but be prepared, fast food it isn't.

Really good place too eat. The ladies are really friendly. I am vegan and my boyfriend is vegetarian so I am aware that we are not the easiest to accommodate. However the ladies were really nice and very accommodating. Would highly recommend. Will...definitely come back

Well as you will see I have visited this joint on a previous occasion and was not left with the best impression. I am delighted to say that the ladette's running the place have clearly taken my advice and upped their game. I was on...a flying visit to Scarborough to re-assert my authority and thought i'd stop here for a spot of tea and scandal. Delicious scrambled eggs on toast. I can tell the eggs were free range (explains the noises coming out of the kitchen). Also nice to see to poor attitudes have been dropped. A few members of staff were two tomatoes short of a salad last time and it was nice to see that they have clearly received their I plan to return next time with a few friends. Are you hosting for Xmas luncheon? A copy of the a la carte menu in advance would be greatly appreciated. Anyhow well done again. Hopefully all this talk of Starbucks opening near by isn't true. Doubt you're spiced pumpkin latte matches up to theirs even if yours is more expensive. I have noticed your prices have gone up! Hopefully to fund a re-deocration. Till next time x
