Tim Hortons - Scarborough

Ended up using the drive thru as nobody seemed to be serving the front counter, despite there being 7 or 8 people working there.Wheelchair accessibility: One accessible spot out front, with slight incline to access path to front of store.

It's a lovely place but i don't like ice coffee with milk because the milk is so little

Very fast service in the drive thru and very friendly staff.

We were there around 10pm, no vehicles at the drive through and I was ordering and it was all good. When I was approaching the service window there was a man standing( without car) for around 15 minutes, looks like the associate refused to serve him, that’s fine for safety reason. When we were at the window, that associate didn’t even say anything about the long wait, she doesn’t even say hi when I say hi to her, i thank to her and she doesn’t even react for anything. Other than that foods are fine.

Only got drinks through the drive-through and ended up using the washrooms.Drinks were as good as expected.Staff was happy and friendly.Washroom was clean and not smelly.
