I dined in tonight for the first time, and the standout for me was my server, Yuri. She was incredibly friendly and compassionate. Even when things got busy, she maintained her smile and worked cheerfully to ensure everyone's needs were met, contributing to a happy and welcoming atmosphere.

Sticky toffee pudding is what you would expect it to be. Nothing special. Same with the apple pie. The coffee tasted like it came from a coffee pod machine and the London haze tea (Earl Grey with vanilla and steamedmilk) is a little bit too sweet for me.

Descent place for desserts. Had tried sticky toffee pudding, chocolate craze cake, kitkat shake and kashmiri chai. Overall tasted good. Good ambiance for dine in.Update: try karak chai. Very good!

3.5 starsOur first waitress was nice. She randomly left mid way thru service and said nothing though. The desserts themselves were good. We ordered fries and were given no ketchup. When asked for ketchup we got 3 ketchup packets. Had to flag down other server for more. Saw what appeared to be the owner, but he didn't say hello. As we were leaving, we heard the server complaining about our 15% tip (this was the waitress that brought us the ketchup then the bill, i guess she expected 25 for that). Good desserts but could use a bit more hospitality.
