Food was acceptable. improvement on client service, especially requests by senior should be respected. in my parent's case, my father's request for a round table because of ease of in/out had to be discussed, at 9:30pm, when the restaurant was 50% empty. instead, my father was led to a cubical table while the round table was sitting empty during our entire visit. please note that senior will not lengthen a conversation with service staff, but instead will spread their displeasure with family and friends.althought we generously tip them more than they deserved, but in all likelyhood, will not visit again. Lesson from this, DO NOT lead seniors to use cubical table when open tables or round tables are available! Doing so means you are careless and disrespects seniors.

The service at this restaurant was incredibly terrible, with extremely impatient staff. I will never be returning to this branch again. I have visited other locations where the staff were friendly, and I have serious doubts about whether this branch's manager has properly trained the employees. One female staff member with bracelets on her wrist rushed customers to order without answering questions, responding rudely and irrelevantly. When we inquired about the size difference between a large and small porridge, she refused to answer and complained about us changing our minds about sizes. Later, when we asked her to refill our water, she became even more impatient and actually tossed the water pitcher onto the table. I have never experienced such unreasonable service from staff. It was an absolutely disgusting experience.

The food at this restaurant was good, but the service was extremely poor. It was my first time trying this place, and I have never been treated so badly at a restaurant before. They even tried to take my plate away while I was still eating and brought me the bill at the same time. The manager attempted to apologize by offering me dessert, which was not suitable for me as I have diabetes. It was disappointing that they assumed everyone eats dessert after dinner. The specific waiter who served us, not Justin but the other kid with glasses who is slightly taller, needs proper training. This is the first Chinese restaurant where I have experienced such disrespect, and I will not be returning. I usually tip generously, but this time I left nothing. Even the couple next to us mentioned that they also received rude service from their waitress. If I could give this restaurant zero stars, I would. I would like to remind them to be mindful of dietary restrictions, as not everyone can have dessert after a meal, especially those with diabetes.

I have visited several Congee Queens locations and the food is usually consistent, but I found the service at this particular location to be somewhat lacking. Despite the busy atmosphere, it took several attempts to get a waiting number, and I felt ignored even when the hostess was at the clipboard. I understand that they may have been occupied, but a simple acknowledgment would have been appreciated. After waiting for a table on a weekend without a reservation, we were turned down when requesting to sit at a larger, unreserved table. The table remained empty throughout our meal, while we were cramped at a smaller table with limited space for our dishes. The food was decent in both quantity and quality, similar to other Congee Queens locations, but I may opt to drive further to a different location or brand next time.
