Crispy and juicy ..! Better than kfc .. made a jump job and it came hot and fresh. The bread was oily? Fries can be better very thick and soggy ..! Definitely 5 for chicken but 3 over all ..!

I've loved this restaurant for a long time, but the quality of my last orders is really bad. I always ordered here but tonight I?m really disappointed when my order is simple but they are not doing it properly! At the beginning they forget that my husband didn?t pay yet the order but they?re already say thank you and give the food and then when my husband on the way, he notice there is no sandwiches. Then my husband have to come back to get the sandwiches. When my husband reach at home I notice there are Al only pieces of chicken but I ordered 4. I called them to tell them about it. How come they said they cannot do anything? How careless are they when they?re prepared the order! My order just simple how come they don?t do it proper? Then they want say that I liar about my order? If I not honest, we just can simply not paying the order at the beginning since they didn?t ask to pay! I asked the staff to tell me his name but he turn off the called! How rude is he. ??????
