I went with some friends on Saturday night.... disaster!. We waited about an hour before starting to eat the appetizer (the best dish of the evening), the pizza, despite the wide choice of doughs and the different combinations of excellent quality ingredients, didn't convince me at all... .and finally the dessert, it didn't match the description on the menu, the cream wasn't Chantilly and the sour cherry didn't arrive. Advice for the new management... maybe it's better to accept fewer reservations and simplify the menu.

Total disappointment, an hour to take the orders, drinks brought in bites and pieces, after an hour the appetizers, then the pizza, dessert, coffee and amaro, dinner for three and a quarter hours. For appetizers we had the fish cicchetti and the foil, 6 anchovies in oil with butter and creamed cod for €9, the foil for €14 for some anchovies, 2 prawns and some fried vegetables. The pizza I tasted both the round with classic dough and the shovel pizza. Both bad, but the classic round is the worst of the two. The moto margherita pizza which is essentially a margherita with raw buffalo mozzarella and parmesan was embarrassing, the buffalo was very little, the tomato was very salty, then with the addition of the parmesan you couldn't feel any flavour. Not recommended!!!

Nice place with panoramic terrace on the hills. The pizzas and ingredients are good, the doughs are interesting but perhaps there are too many types of pizza on offer. A little slow service and with staff distracted by too many tasks. If you want to make all those place settings with just one oven, perhaps it would be appropriate to improve and speed up the staff and make a few more appetizers. Still, that great pizza is worth eating.

Often we go to eat pizza to the 5 martyrs. and every time we compliment pizzaiolo! We like very low pizzas, and here is ideal. we tasted almost all of them, and everyone was delicious! the staff is always kind and very helpful. in summer we eat on the terrace with a crazy view on firenze. Is the pizzeria of my heart I go there for years and despite the change of management has remained of excellent quality. the most beautiful thing remains the panoramic terrace that alone is worth the price. that remained the one of the pizzerias of the past. low pizza and friendly staff available. recommended! P.s booking for time because the terrace is small!
